On this episode of "A Cuppa with The Con Versationalist" I chatted with Nicholas Boundy aka DJ M4Sonic. Nick shared his meteoric rise from being discovered by Sia after his Youtube video was watched by tens of millions of people all over the world to being flown to New York City to meet with Sia and her production company virtually overnight! Nick had a recording contract with Sony/Ultra Music and has toured the USA, Asia, Europe and Australia, having performed to millions at festivals including Tomorrow World, Life is Beautiful, Sterosonic and the 2015 "Warped" Tour, what was the largest travelling rock tour in the USA since 1995. He shared his thoughts on how the music industry has changed and more importantly, where he feels it is heading. He also had some very wise words if you are an aspiring musician. After those heady days of touring the globe, Nick has now established Global League, his own independent label, to support budding musicians. Listening to Nick was entertaining and it really highlighted some synergy between the music industry and business in general.
